Post-doc position

Duccio Bertoni (PhD) is a post-doctoral researcher. He obtained an MSc in Earth Sciences and a PhD in Earth Sciences at the University of Pisa (Italy). He held a two-year long post-doc position at the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Pisa (Italy), followed by a three-year long post-doc position at the Department of Physics and Earth Sciences at the University of Ferrara (Italy). His main research interest is coastal morphodynamics, in particular sediment transport on coarse-grained beaches along Tuscany and Marche coast (9 papers published on international journals) and beach dunes along Tuscany coast (4 papers published on international journals). He also worked on the recent geomorphological evolution of sandy beaches along the Northern Adriatic Sea (Italy).
